I ran a poll a while ago regarding people's preferences for the updates and will release them in that order (which is the order in my post that you mention).
I will certainly create more polls in the future, though I don't have any planned right now.
The personality poll relates to the 'more personalities' update, and I'll probably add the top 6 in that particular update (maybe all of them will be added eventually).
