Nice use of the hexflower and I think it's really cool that you released a dyslexic friendly version. I'm going to do the same now!

Thanks, the hexflower was the first thing that came to mind with the shifting wood, I believe I first saw it in Planar Compass zine issue 2. The work done on the mechanic by others really let me come up with an arrangement that best emulates my vision of The Weald.

The open dyslexic font is excellent. It's a little tricky to reformat into the zine (spacing is vastly different from the other fonts), but I came across it years ago and now if I have to make handouts for work I will use open dyslexic in a deep navy, with a cream highlight. It can take a moment for regular folks to adjust to the font, but I find the tradeoff to be worth it. I'm a librarian and I run classes on all sorts as a part of my job, so access is key.

I totally agree. Access is something I butt up against a fair bit because I like to push the visuals and colours in my modules. So I think I owe it to people to also provide something accessible. I think it's ok if it doesn't match the same page count/format as the other product.

It is a hard balance to strike and I feel like you can't sacrifice your style. I may not personally love the Mork Borg formatting/style (I find it too busy for me to easily read in a pinch) but I love that they exist as a bunch of folks got into it (and the osr) because of its pulp and grime!

Absolutely!
