Hi,
Some small feedback:
I think I completed it in around 282 days.
A few small issues:
- The far-right side of the screen seems inactive.
- When a building window is open, it requires clicking “Close” to dismiss it. It might feel smoother if clicking on an empty area closed it too.
Gameplay:
- Like others, I was limited by food. Because upgrade costs increase, I ended up building new houses instead of upgrading existing ones.
Quality of life:
- I like the graphics, but the buildings look quite similar. It is hard to tell which buildings have been upgraded and which have not.
- There is a bit of micromanagement with collectors and soldiers. Maybe “+” and “–” buttons could avoid having to open each cell window for every action, although I understand that could conflict with the rest of the HUD.
Fun / difficulty:
- Personally, I prefer games that put more pressure on the player, but that is just a matter of taste.
- I found the second half of my playthrough less fun than the first, especially after I got the workshop.
Good job with Godot, and good luck!
