Would you ever consider once you have completely bought a house being able to rent it out to tenants for an extra income stream? And you could like, stock their kitchens with dizzys or stuff that you make or things like that?
As it happens, I nearly included this in the Jobs & Home update! But I ended up cutting it to get the update finished by the deadline I'd set for myself.
