Epic epic game.
The way you managed to make it not annoying to die with: quick restarts and celebratory metal music carries the game.
The remaining bloodstains are a genius way to convey what happened in this quick paced unfair world
I've got a pretty alright time, but I refuse turning off my auto clicking macro at the boss fight (I'm sorry I'm weak like that), so I won't submit
Now some individual points in the game in order of appearance (I mostly wrote them during the first playthrough):
- The sign explaining the jump button should probably take less time when the player successfully performed a jump once, it's the only moment with waiting on death in the game, and it's right at the start.
- The second spike that moves sideways in the one level should probably have been visible in advance. I know it was probably a concious decision like this, but it's genuinely easy to forget anyway.
- Mate the upside down sign is hilarious
- The only moment in the game where I feel the game is needlessly hard is the precision falling section on the way back on the right most screen, I hope that's a precise enough description.
- Gotta say, felt kinda sheepish getting hit by the rightward moving spike on the way back. Great placement
