Things happen, things get pass people, not everyone is perfect but all you see is the negativity instead of just playing the game.. I have a folder full of mods that have some type of problem or an issue but I have zero negative comments to say because I love to play the game and unwind after a shitty day at work etc..
The issue is not a error, it was the fact this file actively tried to write to a protected portion of your drive. I applaud them for taking it down as fast as they did. But if it had been malicious code instead of just attempting to add a shader file it could have been devastating to a person's system is my point.
