Super charming. Your writing and artstyle work well together.

Gameplay itself seems simple, but confused me. Other pawn shop simulators I've played during this jam were pretty much entirely random when it came to their client. Your question system seems to imply that there is a way to guess if someone is honest or not but I've not found it. I think it would be great to clarify what indicate that a client is lying.

Although I must say it's a nice change of pace to actually have a way to tell which client is telling the truth, even if it eluded me. Excellent way to spice up the gameplay, especially since your clients are handmade and not randomly generated. Very nice writing on your part, loved the Christmas tree.

Solid entry, very nice job.

Thank you so much! And I think that confusion you had is the biggest thing I wish I had changed before the game jam ended haha, the idea was that each character has the chance to be telling the truth or lying, and their dialogue will change depending on which is which, and it'll be based around incorrect facts in their dialogue or contradictions in their words to figure it out. Unfortunately I needed a better tutorial explaining that part :p I appreciate your comment!

I see, interesting ! So it's basically some sort of trivia quiz paper please ?

I'll have a second look at the game now that I know this, thanks a lot for the answer. I appreciate it.

Basically! There are some that are more difficult and might take repeated interactions with them to learn their tells, but I wanted a lot of it to be around trivia. Hopefully it flows better with that clarification :D

It absolutely does ! I've managed to get fired thanks to your explanations.

Very flavorful idea. Before that I took all the historical mistakes for jokes. What a clever take on the theme.

I've added a point in gameplay and enjoyment. Thanks again and have a good one.
