What does the multiplier in forging impact? I set it to max under assumption that if it still rolls one new turret, then it must impact quality, but then I noticed the distribution of rarity seems to be fixed at any given moment (that is, the distribution indicators don't change with multiplier setting) so I have no idea what does burning more "fuel" buy me.
