How does the game fit the theme?
I liked the idea of the player themselves being the one who shouldn't be trusted, so I created a Vampire Survivors-like game where you play as an illusionist wizard whose magic isn't actually real.
Instead of damaging monsters, you have to use your illusions to scare them away. The trick is getting your spells close enough to frighten them without actually hitting them. If an enemy gets hit, they'll realise your magic is fake and become less afraid.
So while the monsters are trying to survive you, the person they really shouldn't trust is the player.

The idea you came up with for this game is quite interesting, and I think you executed it quite well. It was kind of fun trying to aim my shots in a way that no enemy would get hit by them, and it was also a bit exciting seeing what the new spells would do. What might help improve the game though is if maybe the movement of the enemies were more varied such that it would take advantage of the need for the player to really aim their shots correctly so as not to "alert" any of the enemies nearby. But overall, this was a pretty solid game!
The game idea is cool and the game itself is good. I think it would be even better with music. Also, the game froze at 5:48 minutes and I couldn't do anything after that. Otherwise, the game is good.
I would be very happy if you would also rate my game, because I only have 4 ratings myself.

The game kept freezing for me. Also the description implies there are upgrades? I didn't see any but i only played for like two minutes.
Oh dang, sorry man now sure why it kept freezing for you seems to be fine when I test it now? And yes there are upgrades that you can get after collecting the white orbs, was meant to be xp but didn't have time to animate, but thanks for playing anyway!!
