Description
The soundtrack would be for a game focused more on story and exploration, set in a fictional world that appears perfect at first glance but hides a dark secret. the first song is suppose to be you entering this world, seeing the perfection, the second is to finding the truth, becoming more and more bizarre.

i used a lot of silksong ost for inspiration, with a little bit of Celeste, WIzard of Legend, Zelda and moonlighter, and a made it with ableton

Theme

Songs of a Forgotten World
Picture theme

How does it fit the theme?
The picture made me go more to a nature vibe in the first song, like a perfect garden. The name made me go more to the mystery and "something is wrong" vibe in the second song, in addition to making me think of the player encountering the perfect garden in an adventure. The "song" part is more in the picture and the titles, translating to "tones of Pan's flowers" and "semitones epiphany and panic." I imagine the game having more things related to music if it existed

What a nice soundtrack!
I really like the way the tracks build up over time, especially the strings fading into the first track!
The only thing I'd change would be adding some reverb to the string plucks and spiccatos, as they didn't really match with the other instruments in the track.

I enjoyed this submission! I wish you a nice week! :D

I really need to revisit the reverb I added, thanks for the feedback and your time

Tons das Flores de Pã is quite simple and intimate track that captures the serenity of beautiful garden on a bright sunny day. This track could use little more reverb, the instruments feel a little dry and a central reverb would help glue the different instruments more and make it feel like a cohesive space.

The dissonance comes in big in Semitons Epifania e Pânico, creating an unsettling atmosphere that never lets up. The string parts feel a little static in  as they are very long with minor variation. Adding some form of automation (eg, volume, expression, filters, vibratos) can inject more life into long notes to prevent it from becoming boring.

This is an interesting game idea and setting, the two tracks fit the of the story well, there's a good contrast between the perfect surface and the dark, mysterious secret.

i was thinking the reverb was already good, but you are not the only person to say that it would be better to have more, and i think it makes sense, thanks for the feedback.

and i am happy that the contrast was good, really tha main part of this project

Simple and effective.
First track is perfect to be watching the sunset on the top of a mountain on a 16 bit fantasy world.
Second track is perfect for travel back to the tavern after the sun is down.
I would include a bit of ear candy on both tracks, and try to work on the mix of the percussion to have it sound more natural.

Developer

didn't think of that, it really would make it better, thanks
