I'll take another look at the music. It is a web only issue. I thought I'd fixed it, but apparently not.
We'll double check the timing on the tools. The UI should be synced to tool use.
Yeah, the bow is pretty powerful currently. We plan to go over all of the tools and rebalance them soon.
