I really like how you composed this, and the melodies. The story can somewhat be felt, but mostly I like the compostion, especially the first song.
Not related to the album but to the lore, subway lines would make horrible aqueducts and would be hard to retrofit, given all the rustable iron in the rails, high voltage wires, and uneven elevation, not to mention the way it would be exposed to the world at the stations; for both water transportation and water infrastructure the idea wouldnt hold water (pun intended)
Just had to let the ol' engineer out, anyways this track is really good. Have fun making more music!
