This is because our MacOS versions are unsigned and unlicensed. Unfortunately, none of the members of our team have Apple devices, or can afford the expensive iOS and Apple developer licenses which allow us to officially distribute games on MacOS and Apple devices.
You may still play the web version on this page, it's the exact same game, hope this helps!
