Hi everyone!

PANIC TOWER 48 has just received a major update to 0.1.0-playtest.16.

Since the previous playtest, I’ve worked through external QA feedback and made major improvements to first-play clarity, controls, route and warning feedback, character information, smoke/rescue/elevator feedback, HUD readability, seed handling, keyboard accessibility, and English/Japanese UI text.

The game is now available both in the browser and as a Windows download.

If you tested an earlier build, I would especially appreciate a fresh uncoached run to see whether the experience is clearer now. New testers are very welcome too.

Recommended first session:
8-floor scenario / Standard / about 10–15 minutes

I’m mainly interested in:

  • Was it clear what to do?
  • What was interesting or confusing?
  • Did anything feel slow or repetitive?
  • Did your decisions visibly affect the outcome?
  • Was the building easy to read when things became busy?
  • Would you play again?

Any honest feedback is very welcome. Thank you!
