Before discussing a quote, could you confirm whether Godot is acceptable under the equivalent-engine option, the target platform and approximate island size, and whether PayPal works for payment? I would start by agreeing on the walking route and a compact scope for the terrain, volcano effects, ocean and one building, with source files and a walkthrough video.
