You know what this place is. More ordinary life can still surface here.
but i spent a entire life(600+) years and nothing else popped up... do more scenes in each landmark really exist?

I tried the observing and walking around actions in the city for a while and didn't find anything either. I get the impression that there are ambient scenes that can appear no matter what action you're taking in the city, but I think they all just appear anyway if you're doing useful things like working, so there doesn't seem to be much point to spending any time doing the non-useful things (observing, walking, visiting landmarks after the first time). It gives a bit of flavor to be able to just visit the city early on like a tourist and see the sights like the provincial hick you start out as, but after you've already spent lifetimes living and working in the city, then there's really no point.
