The movement, weapon handling, and weapon properties are excellent. However, I’d love to see more enemy interaction—shouting at them to surrender, after which they either resist or comply, evacuating civilians, and things like that. Until a door is opened, the room behind it should probably remain pitch black... Also, there could be more variety in enemy movement, such as sprinting, fleeing, or crouching. Other than that, the overall direction is definitely on point.

Thanks for the feedback! I’m currently working on a hostage rescue level for Mission 4 and thinking about other mission types to keep the game from getting repetitive.

I really like your idea of keeping rooms dark until the door is opened. I’m going to experiment with that, along with adding more variety to enemy behavior.

The next release will also include improved door breaching, a bullet-time ability, and several bug fixes and gameplay improvements.

Either way, what you're doing is awesome—keep it up! I enjoy games like this way more than today's boring AAA titles 😄

Thanks! :-)
