On both tracks you really nail the ambience, and the mixing of all the elements is done super well. I love the background textures, kind of gave me some Expedition 33 vibes.
That said, I would have loved to hear the "Lingering Memories" melody take me a few more places. That back and forth idea between the F# and the G is a really lovely line, but it loses its effect after a couple repetitions. As well, I find both tracks could use a bit more dynamic range. Everything about them is really quite lovely and almost hypnotic, but with no contrasting high and low points it can feel a touch stagnant after a little while. You can actually see in the waveform of the soundcloud track that volume-wise both tracks stay fairly even throughout.
All in all, the tracks are very very well produced and really do achieve that ambient melodic mood you were aiming for, so bravo!
