I do 2D character illustration and hand-drawn frame-by-frame animation. The cute, bright, minimalist direction with a three-quarter view is a register I work in comfortably, and I can build the terrier so he reads clearly at small mobile sizes from every facing.
For the milestone you described, the finalised main character plus one representative animation: $200 for the character, and animation at $40/hr, where a short cycle like a tail wag or a sniff usually runs three to five hours. I deliver layered source files and game-ready exports at whatever sheet spec and frame rate you need.
