About the Louna scene, I just tested it myself and it still works. You need to progress a little further in her story until the Favorite Song option becomes available. Once it does, use the PC in the bedroom until you find the song, and then use the Favorite Song option.
But don't worry too much about it, because I'm planning to remake Louna's first missions soon. A lot of that content is quite old now, so I want to rework it and give her story a better structure and more development.
