I love that you used the seal of Stolas as a map! The location itself is fascinating and with great potential.

I did get a bit lost in the writing. Although humorous, it overextends itself a bit. For example, I don’t know what to do with the dead rat puppet show and how I would ever get that communicated to players and have them use that in their plans. And as a GM, I’m not sure if I can use that example to extend and come up with 25 other ludicrous weaknesses. I would’ve liked to know more about The Talon besides that they created the place. I feel like I know a bit more about each other NPC than the Talon.

Also, maybe it’s a matter of preference, but I think you could’ve skipped explaining the hooks and how to use the adventure, and consolidated a few explanations to not need to duplicate them (like explaining what folks learn in area 1 when it’s already explained in the intro).
