Hey Dooshima, I came across After Round One and spent some time reading through your recent devlogs. I really like the direction you're taking it, especially moving beyond the numbers themselves and making it more about reading opponents, bluffing and recognising patterns.
I also saw that you're still actively developing the demo and testing things based on player feedback, so I wanted to reach out.
I run Parody Boat Media, a small indie publishing group. I'm looking for promising indie games where I can handle the marketing, short-form content and community side while the developer focuses on building the game.
I think After Round One could be really interesting to market because the decisions and bluffing naturally create those “what would you choose?” moments that could work well as short-form content.
If you're open to potentially working with a publishing partner as the game develops, I'd love to chat and hear more about what you're planning for the full version. Happy to talk here or on Discord, whichever is easier.
