Easy. Put up signs at the entrance, advertising what your Kobold got the license for. Male, female, both, with or without happy endings, like it would be a nice way to immersively integrate more, optional variety.
Going full SFW would be weird though, like, it's already out there... but, I guess it would work for an "endless mode" kind of thing when you're not in "the" mood, so that's partially legit still =D
