Nice upgrade on the player sprites and color choices on the background!
Can you make a patch file for the color changes on original arcade? Or would that break emulation? I have Bad Dudes on Super Retro-Cade and one or two other devices/collections. DATA EAST MEC-M1 should support 15 colors per sprite... Maybe they designed Bad Dudes for older hardware or just rushed it.
Would be cool to see a Mega Drive / Genesis port with your 3-button controls some day, I don't know why it didn't happen in 1989 or 1990.
