Hi! I haven't listened to your submission yet but I'm here to ask that you don't use AI for your cover art next time you participate as it makes people uncomfortable and less likely to listen to your submission. You could use a photo editing website like Canva, an app like Microsoft Paint, or you could find a stock photo from the internet or maybe take a photo yourself! Hope you can find an alternative than just using AI!
A lot of the chords are too blocky and grid-locked with some of your tracks. You can definitely vary that by arpeggiating the chord or just playing the bass note, then the triad on top. The harmonies are also always in low bass notes, which dulls the energy in some of these tracks. Try balancing more high instruments like high strings, bells, woodwinds, and more to add more balance to some of the harmony. There are some good ideas, but it's being hindered by the quantizing and harmony writing. If you can, make sure the audio files aren't peaking, as some tracks were a bit louder than others, making it jarring to go through.
Ok first off, It would be greatly appreciated if there was a link to a streaming platform with these, or at least a zip file containing all of them so you don't have to download 11 different files.
Besides that, the volume of tracks would vary wildly at times which was disruptive to the listening experience.
Also, despite being allowed in the rules technically, using AI for the cover art is just a bad look, especially in creative spaces like this one.
Nice detailed description of this game and different places. I think your tracks really match all the settings you have created. I enjoyed when you would develop themes, split them between instruments, or even did a call a response type thing in Lost Fields. I think you're good at varying the theme while keeping connected, I say lean into that more! Also thanks for the random DnB tracks, that was really fun. Thanks for sharing!
