Simple but nice visuals. Shooting is super-cool. I would add ship around the field, and some juicy effects on kills.
Thank you for the awesome feedback! I'm really glad you like the visuals and shooting mechanics
The shooting animation was cool, but maybe making it so you can control the shooting timing would make it even better
Thanks for the feedback! That's a great idea. Controlling the shooting timing would definitely give the player more agency. I’ll look into implementing it!
the game is not bad, but the theme was "sheep" and not bnuyy or foxes
Well, initially I planned to make it about sheep, but I couldn't find any sheep images in the free asset section of itch.io 😅😅😅
The visuals of the game look really nice! At first, I thought I had to press a button to shoot, but then I realized that the character automatically shoots bullets, which was a nice surprise. The spawning system and wave progression really kept me playing. It gave me that "just one more wave" feeling and motivation to keep going. I managed to reach Wave 9, and the game was pretty fun overall! One thing though... I still don't know where the theme sheep is : }
Thank you for such a thoughtful review, and I hope you'll rate my game 5 stars (if you want to 😅😅)
The graphics are nice, and the gameplay is simple but basic. On the other hand, I find that the sound of the weapon gets a little annoying after a while, and the game is also very simple (but then again, it’s a game jam, so who cares about balancing?). But the “problem” is that I don’t understand how the theme is addressed. But other than that, the game is still fun, well done.
I didn't have time to find high-quality audio 😅, hope you understand! 😅
You should probably add an option to disable the screen shaking, having the screen shake every time the gun auto-fire can get a bit nauseating ;)
OK, I’ll add a setting option to the game after the game jam ends. I made it in such a rush that I didn't have time to add it :)))
