There is a way to make no-furry characters?

You can make the protag and their family human and there's some human NPCs if that's good enough for you?

It's not exactly the best choice for a furry game... BUT yes, you can. When starting a new game, one of the customization options is race, and you can choose the human race if that's what you want. :)
