I got so far that my fingers couldn't keep up with pressing the keys anymore. Too bad I didn't get to see my score... It was fun collecting the bonuses, especially how they adapted to the stack. Great job!
The game is really great! I once play game like this on arcade!
Also, the game sountrack is really sound like Your Turn to Die OST, especially this one:
Hey, thank you ! I'm glad you liked it. You're right, both sounds share the same 2 notes like we~oo we~oo ^^
The music I used in the game is called Karma, from Michael Ramir C.
Love the sound design! The coin sound is very addictive. Music is also awesome too. Very addicting, good work!!!!!!
Haha love the concept. Nice work!
Fun game! I really appreciated the art style, and the gameplay mechanic was clear and easy to understand. The soundtrack was also really good although maybe the coin roll sfx a touch too high. Also I think having some kind of target would be nice for the game, or overall score once you die.
Overall, great concept well done!
Losing your score when you die is a remnant of the original game direction. It was based around slot machines and game addiction. Thus, not being able to quit before losing meant losing it all. I decided to keep it since bills eat up your earnings.
The score is only saved if you quit on purpose before dying. Your highest score is saved in the local storage and you can see it on the title screen :)
Thanks for playing, and thank you for your feedback!
Really fun concept and addictive gameplay! I like the idea of building a tower out of different amounts and sizes of coins against the clock. Once you get the hang of it, you can build really high!
