Are human vocals allowed to be used in our entries as long as they're not the focus? Or does it have to be exclusively vocal synths singing?
The vocalsynths should take the lead in an entry, but nevertheless, human vocals could do additional parts, some backing vocals, harmonies, short speeches, etc. So, they're not prohibited as long as they're not the main focus!
