how the game fits the uplifting theme?
The player carries light through a dangerous storm, rekindles lighthouses, and helps every lost ship find its way home. Each restored light represents hope, perseverance, and safety. The journey ends at dawn with the message that no one was left behind at sea.
how the game fits the ocean theme?
The entire game takes place on a procedurally shifting ocean during a storm. The player sails between lighthouses while navigating reefs, whirlpools, ocean currents, and teleporting current gates. Sailing and preserving light are central to the gameplay.

Nice game - challenging but fun! The thumbnail could be more exciting to reflect the game itself.
About the iframe size - it's easy to fix by setting the height.
One minor issue - when the ship is at the top of the screen it goes behind the toolbar. Considering how much stuff is going on on the screen, this can be disorienting.
Good luck!
Thanks so much for the feedback! This is my first game, so I’m still figuring out a lot of the setup and upload stuff. I’ve already made a few changes based on your suggestions. Really appreciate you taking the time to play and help me out!
Really? Wow, you did fantastic for your first game! Congratulations - achievement unlocked! ;)
Thank you!
I actually liked this. I could be wrong but I think I saw the exact same user interface on one of the other games submitted in this jam, and similar bullet-hell survival gameplay, but you have put a pretty unique twist on it and I really love the art and colors!
Thanks! You might be right — with everyone working around the same theme, we may have ended up with some similar ideas by coincidence. I’m really glad you liked my take on it, especially the art and colors!
Looks like you’ve got an incorrect iframe size in the Itch settings. The bottom half of the framebuffer is clipped out.
Thanks for the heads up! I didn't really optimize it for the embedded window. Please hit fullscreen to play!
