The question is basically in the title. If my jam doesn’t get indexed by itch.io before the end of the event, will this affect any of its functionality, such as submitting entries, voting, or displaying the results?

As far as I recall, whether or not your jam appears in search results has no bearing on the rest of the jam's functionality.
