For seduce, you need a high enough cock addiction, which can be raised by certain events. One that comes to mind is the "love" option with the fortune teller, but there are a few. Threaten is a roll + your attack stat, so there's always a chance you fail but also a chance to pass, though I just fixed the roll so it's a little easier. There's also a fourth hidden option, which you only get if you are currently the hypnotist class and will only succeed if you have the watch from the therapy storyline.
