What an impactful opening. I really loved the mix, super clean. I especially want to highlight the low end and the kick, which are really well balanced. You can actually feel that pumping in your chest, and I think it adds a lot of weight to your minimalist style.
Every element and sound you introduced felt really pleasant and stayed consistent throughout. The sound selection is brilliant, and I really like how you’ve managed to give each sound its own space and moment to shine. Even some of the sounds that feel a bit “loud” in the mix (like the main synth in “Kalos”), I think work perfectly that way because it almost feels like you’re listening to some kind of live DJ set, and honestly, that’s exactly how your tracklist feels to me. I can picture you in that video, standing where the relic is, performing live.
The atmosphere is dark and unsettling, and I felt it was very coherent with both the music and the story of your world. The details added to the video frame made the whole experience even more engaging.
For me, it was a hypnotic experience, and it definitely left me wanting to hear more tracks from you in this style in the future. The overall feeling I got from this submission was that it wasn’t just a very creative project, but something that came from a very creative and genuine artist.
