I keep getting told that Moira needs a plug before she can go for the walk to get her to 11, but when I try to give her one she tells me she already has it and it's registered (from the mission to get her exemption back). Not sure how to proceed or if it's a different plug that hasn't RNG'd into a shop just yet for me.
