Or rather, F-
f. I have HIRED A MYSTIC, to actively PRAY for the game's downfall.
I will never rob anyone's desire or right to play any game and I do find furiously hating on something like this usually cringe and pointless behavior. But nonetheless it is my formed opinion. Rockstar games were always a damn good neutral on my mind, actively well spoke of, culturally relevant, good regardless of any measure of mine.
But watching a company pair up with the fumbler of the year: Sony, to release the game, fumbling It's leaks, to then persecute people with subpoenas and content creators with legal action, on public spaces that talked about the game, to copyright striking everyone on Twitter for a good day or two before giving up because they couldn't keep a leaker's build in their pants. With the previous context of them wanting to make a paid trailer on goddamn Netflix. Yeahhhhh, like, don't worry about me I'll just speak ill of you cuz it's fun at this point. I don't like any copyright bullies and It's the bulk of my distaste, every game leaks, and to see a whole platform brought to it's knees because of one company? Yeah I'll actively go for it's downfall, paired with looking at the game and finding it to be meh, to the fact It's console exclusive on release. It's a deliciously good to bully it for me.
Doesn't help that anyone and their mother was scared shitless of showing any leaks, which made following the whole thing damn infuriating, the culture diffence between game companies is crazy. Oh you're Rockstar, sometimes Riot Games? Oh tremble upon the notion that something has leaked! Thy should NOT show it! While in other games it's like, oh well we let it slip, no need to go crazy on the people just find the guy who did it if we can and put him in the pear wriggler.
People will find the game fun, the game has a good chance to be good- and a decent chance to have a good story.
But It's gonna have a million players -1.
