No. It's instantaneous; the error must be on your end.

There is no propagating through the network. Just because you uploade a patch does not mean anyone downloaded it.

Also, maybe you did not actually fix the bugs for general usage, but only for special circumstance - or you just messed up the build.

I was thinking I must have pushed the wrong zip file or something.

I could have sworn I tested it in-browser, but maybe it was the end of the night and I skipped that step this time.
