Probably a day, while I think i dont have the saves that screams "TROUBLE", I can send my current file to you if you want me to investigate it. Not sure if its truly about Running Out Memory since i have 32 GB. RPG maker's own setting? I can't tell either
You can send me your saves but if your saves are running perfectly fine and you can load them without problem, there should be nothing wrong with them. If you want I of course can still take a look at them.
I'm not an expert when its comes to how memory works but I know the RPG Maker MV engine did had some problems with those. Everything over 8 GB is not making a difference for the game. As far as I know the RPG Maker MV games can only use up to 4 or 8 GB max depending if the game is a 32 or 64 bit version.
My recommendation still would be to close the game and restart the game if you playing for 4 to 8 hours in one go. And then the memory will be reset and you can go for another 4 to 8 hours without worries of a crash. Also save often to lose as little progress as possible is always a good thing to do as well.
There is no specific link or website to send me saves. Google Drive would work for example. There are various sites where you can upload your files for a limited time like https://ufile.io/ for example. Choose any option that you deem good.
But like I said before, if you still can open and play your save file, it should be alright and not corrupted. It's most likely a memory crash. If you get no error message it's usually not a bug in the game. I also heard that the rpg maker mv editor started to crash more frequent on windows 11 since 2026 because of an update but I don't know if that also affects rpg mv games or just the editor.
Unfortunately I am not very knowledgeable when it is related to things like memory crashes. Best thing is to save regularly and not play longer for 4 to 8 hours without closing and restarting the game.
