This was a really immersive read. Everything was so vivid and I really felt like I was there besides Milo. Poor Milo like... FREE MY BOY MILO. I truly wish the worst for Vincent and I fucking hate that I wasn't surprised when he SPOILER
In fact did NOT pull out. Just couldn't let Milo go without one final fuck you. Just another attempt from his sick ass to exert control over Milo and force another part of himself onto the kid. I need his smug horrible cradle robbing ass to get (GRAPHIC IMAGERY AHEAD) hit by a truck and have his face and privates irrevocably altered from skidding across the concrete. I neeeeed for himself and others to perceive him as ugly as he is on the inside. I don't think getting hurt, having scars, or acquiring a disability is ugly. But I know for a fact that this superficial, image-focused, ignorant town will take one look at the changes to his body and SHUN HIM.
Anyway you're an incredible writer and this novella made me feel sooooo many things. I got a bundle that includes a few of your works and I'm so excited to read more!
