Sadly, this exchange happened seven days ago:

Dr. Muramasa: "Hello there, as of now we can only say is more than 70%."
The delay is because the game dev keeps adding more content that was not in the original estimate. I wouldn't anticipate a release until we get confirmation that the dev has stopped adding more content. When that happens, the update will still need to be tested, which might take a while, as this is a massive update.
