I really appreciate how the Steam version has a DRM-free executable included with it. I like archiving my favourite games, so having that there is great. Bought the base game here on Itch, but grabbed the DLC on Steam for the easier installation experience. With the included DRM-Free executable, I can archive the game from Steam with ease, with all DLC included. Thanks so much for that!
No problem! I try to give everyone the same experience regardless of where they purchase from. The only difference is that the Steam version (including the DRM free version on Steam) may be a little more up to date than on itch, though only with very small fixes/patches - as it is easier to push updates over Steam than it is on itch. For example the current Steam version includes a jewel case print out in case you want to make a CD version of the game 😅 - this will of course be included in the next big update on itch.
