[Community Manager][For Hire] Looking for a project

Hi! I’m SUI:RO — a Community Manager & Localization Specialist.

I help indie games build communities that actually feel alive — from setting up the Discord itself to creating systems that keep players engaged, gathering useful feedback, and connecting games with creators and the wider games media.

I’ve been working as the Community Manager for Money Under The Bed, a psychological pixel horror game, almost since day one. I helped build and run its community, including Discord architecture, onboarding, feedback systems, events, localization coordination, and international creator outreach.

The demo currently holds a 98% positive rating on Steam with 180+ reviews, achieved without paid marketing.

I’ve also handled 100+ highly personalized outreach efforts to creators and VTubers across multiple language markets, with around a 10% conversion rate. I focus on finding genuinely relevant creators and tailoring each pitch to the person rather than sending the same template to everyone.

What I can help with

• Discord communities — server architecture, roles, onboarding, organization & audits

• Community systems — suggestions, bug reports, feedback collection & player engagement

• International PR & outreach — press kit preparation, pitching games to journalists and media outlets, personalized creator & VTuber outreach, and submissions to relevant competitions and showcases

• Community events — activities that give players a reason to stick around

• Russian localization — translation and adaptation into Russian from different source languages, as well as localization coordination

• Steam & community presence — helping turn player feedback into something useful for the project

I primarily work on a project basis, and I’m happy to help with specific tasks or short-term projects when I feel I can be useful, even if the project isn’t necessarily a perfect long-term fit.

For ongoing community management, I’m more selective. Long-term involvement depends on the scope, compensation, and how well we work together, so I can’t always guarantee long-term availability.

For smaller indie or passion projects that genuinely interest me, I’m also open to starting at a symbolic rate if we seem like a particularly good fit.

Games I’m especially interested in

Psychological horror • atmospheric games • pixel art • entity horror • experimental & unconventional indies

If you’re an indie developer looking for someone to build, organize, and grow the community around your game, feel free to reach out.

Hi SUI!

Your experience and approach seem very professional. If you find an interesting indie project that also needs a Unity/C# developer, I’d be glad to discuss joining and helping with the development.

I can also contribute with pixel art, music, and web systems when needed.
