Yes, that was unfortunately a bug (though nothing to do with mobile).
The good news is: I fixed it! The patch should be live now.
The bad news is: What caused this was actually a missing variable all the way at the beginning of Chapter 10, so that unfortunately means you will have to replay Chapter 10. Sorry for the inconvenience!
