Music is awesome! I like having two parts of the game: boat world and island world. I think your pixel art was great but that color palette is throwing me off, the brown and cyan clash pretty harshly.

It has potential... however, the mechanics are a bit confusing to get... the number of turns was changing randomly? Sometimes it was in 100 and then drop to 10? Sometimes the doors do not open and the chests as well...

Besides that, cool colours and artsyle! The OST really hits the Gameboy Soul! Nice entry.

If you get a chance, please try our entry!

yea, most of the last minute polish went into dealing with some of the game breaking soft lock bugs. The scope be scoping sadly. appreciate the feedback!

I was looking forward to play this game since I saw some progress posts.

That intro song is a BANGER, the overworld song is a BANGER.

This is as much game boy as this gets. 10/10

Fun zelda-like adventure across the rough seas. I enjoyed the funny dialogue and cast of characters with their abilities. Sometimes the camera movement can be jarring, especially when hitting wall. Graphic wise, I often have a hard time distinguishing between island and rocks in the seas, but it maybe is just me and my bad eyes lol. I had at least 10 minutes of fun playing it. Great work!

This is the first game I've played for the jam (I forgot about the queue) because I was quickly drawn in by the bold palette and character design. Loving the vibes! 💚 The mechanics are quite wonky, but I got the hang of them and still had a good time.

Some small nitpicks: The intro seems to cut off very early, before it finishes scrolling up. The death and chest opening sounds are much louder than the rest of the audio.

The swinging dial at the bottom is a REALLY COOL way to denote the passage of time! It helped me understand that running into objects still causes time to pass.

Got stuck on this screen once after switching from Dee, unable to move, and had to restart. It might have something to do with the bullet reflection mechanic?

All-in-all, congratulations on the submission! Good work!
