I actually found a tileset that did most of the job without asking for it: https://comshadow.itch.io/desert-bazaar-topdown-pixel-art-tileset
The Arabic part is covered, however the Balkan and Türkiye parts are still missing. It's currently like a puzzle.
I also came across a TikTok video that might help other pixel artists with style inspiration: https://www.tiktok.com/@turkiyetodaycom/video/7672408030910172433
The Ottoman Empire is not an active project of mine, and no one is forced into anything.
