Great game! I love the art and effects a lot! When playing, I did lose my mind when the 8th starfish ran to my hook infront of the giant fish though!

There’s such a good vibe to this game. I like the spongebob references too ahah. I’d only wish I was able to chang the height of the hook once the line is cast. It gets hard to fish for certain fishes

Hey, thanks for playing! Glad you liked the vibes, and the suggestion sounds useful to me, we will try to add it once the jam is over :)

The art style is insane, just wow. It reminds me a bit of a progression roguelite, it’s great

Love the art direction of the game! I'm impressed with the amount of fish you were able to pack into this in just a weekend! Fishing mini-game is simple but effective, would love to have some feedback on missed timings if you plan on working further on it. (i.e. "too early" or "too late")

Overall great job!

Hey, thanks for the feedback! Glad you liked the art direction! Our artist put a lot of hard work and passion into the artstyle, and I really enjoyed that. Despite that, there were some more fish that got missed out in the game, but they were being made.

And yeah, we're planning to eventually expand it into a full game after the jam, and the idea of having "too early" or "too late" text popup on miss-timing sounds good to me. We'll try to add it.

We will let you know when the game is updated. Thanks for playing :)
