Hello there! We're still trying to figure out why some users have this issue while our auth service is online and every tool we've used confirms it being available. For now, we're advising people the following: 1) See if you have any antivirus on: an indie game (aka a rare/new/unpopular program) talking to an auth server is something antiviruses are super aggressive with. Turning it off for a sec often helps. 2) If that doesn't help, try a device-wide VPN (an app, not a browser extension) or Cloudflare WARP (1.1.1.1), this has helped everyone with this issue so far. Everyone has their own network configuration, local software messing with DNS and filtering traffic, and even geo-blocking is a concern, so unfortunately most of the time it's not something we can fix on just our side. Luckily, VPN / Cloudflare WARP seems to fix all of those issues we've encountered so far.
