How We Work
We’re a multicultural, remote‑friendly organization with collaborators across Europe and North America. While sustained profitability has not yet been reached, we operate with transparency: Compensation includes a share of the game’s net profits, distributed pro‑rata based on each team member’s level of investment.
As a collaborator, and as long as we cannot provide full‑time positions, you retain ownership of any asset you produce during your time at Northhack. Northhack receives a license to use those assets for current and future projects.
