Thanks for the clarification! For the record, I was aware of the text but I think it's ambiguous as written because in many contexts "any" includes none.
(Like: "after checking any bags at ticketing desk, passengers pass through security to enter the terminal" does not mean you're required to check bags, only that if you are checking bags you do it first)
