How does your game meet GBJam's theme
I took Old Gold pretty literally and built the game around a Wild West gold rush. You collect gold from enemies, then choose whether to bank it safely or keep carrying it so its value keeps increasing. If you die, you lose whatever gold you were still holding.

I like the fluid animations, kind of remind me to the first Prince of Persia.
I really enjoy the aesthetic you made! The stand up and punch animations are top notch. Gameplay is very smooth as well. Feels like it would play great on a real Gameboy! Nice work!
