this game is absolutely charming. i looove that they're all birds. the walking animation is seriously cracking me up by the way, it's soo funny. wish this was a bigger game because of how fun it is but it's impressive to make anything for a game jam. would love to see a sequel!

I think the visual glitches add to the charm and really makes it feel like a GB game.  The character models also work really well for a game like this (also top tier walking animation).  I do feel like the game feels more like cutscene than a proper game, but never the less i had an enjoyable couple of minutes playing it. 

I really loved the art style!! It added a unique feel to it. I did notice there seemed to be some graphic glitches with the character walking around. Overall the story is fun, I would have liked to be able to pay attention and choose which character I thought did it but it was satisfying nonetheless!

Glorious puns! Very funny game the detective's walk felt like he was tap dancing through the crime scene with pure confidence. Fun little mystery and cool confident main character!

Nice! There were definitely some glitches, and the music got annoying after a while (and didn't really fit the vibe of the game anyway), but overall, solid game and storyline.

Hard to say this was exactly a game, as I didn't make any decisions, just kinda walked around and talked to everybody a couple times. BUT it was a funny little story full of puns and possibly the most absurd murder motive ever!

Also I love how the walk cycle is just the funkiest dance move ever. This detective has got some confidence!

Its a pretty good murder mystery game but I think you should make the start button enter instead of z (pls play my game)
